Anirudh Ram is an MNU Certified Nutritionist with a Level 5 Diploma in Advanced Nutrition Science and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA-accredited).
With a lifelong connection to sports, over 12 years of gym experience—including competing in shows like Bodypower and the PCA, and being a city finalist in the Times of India Mr. India 2017—and a commitment to continuous education and learning, he brings a wealth of expertise to his coaching.
This well-rounded expertise allows him to create practical, sustainable strategies that work for real people with busy lives.
Over the years, he has helped hundreds of clients achieve their fitness goals, improve confidence, and build habits that last. His coaching philosophy is rooted in balance: staying fit while enjoying life, without guilt or extremes.
